Two hardware forms, one platform, three service tiers, and two fixed-scope ways to start. Every item carries its maturity status — and pricing follows a scoping call, because we'd rather scope your site than quote it blind.
Hardware
The read-only way in. A communications unit that sits beside the PLCs, engine controllers, and drives you already run, discovers what each device can stream, and publishes named, time-synced telemetry to the platform — 50 ms local logging, hourly log forwarding, store-and-forward through connectivity loss.
Reads the native KNO1-PLC stream today; OPC-UA and Modbus drivers in development Pilot. No control writes — by design.
The full deck: 76 configurable I/O channels including 20 high-power outputs to 12 A, deterministic IEC 61131-3 control on real-time cores, edge compute on application cores, sealed IP69 and designed for machine mounting. Deploys as the controller on new equipment — or runs in gateway mode until you're ready.

Software
The best of a CMMS and an APM in one system: fleet view across facilities and customers (facility → asset → tag), ISA-18.2 alarm management, diagnostic findings with evidence Pilot, an attributed supervisory command flow, and native work management with a CMMS integration roadmap. How it works
The whole spread on one screen: pump fleet, gensets, turbines, live stage, alarms — and idle fuel burn priced live in $/hr. Software complete; field pilots underway Pilot. See the screens · One-pager (PDF)
Monitoring service
| Connect | Gateway installed, telemetry flowing, live dashboards for your team, alarm notifications to your phones and inboxes. You watch; the data works for you. Available |
| Monitor 24/7 | Everything in Connect, plus a staffed monitoring service watching your equipment around the clock — alarm response, escalation to your people by procedure, weekly health reviews. Delivered by KNOCE or under your partner's brand. Launching |
| Predict & Execute | Everything in Monitor, plus AI diagnostic findings with confidence and cited evidence Pilot, work orders raised and tracked from findings and run-time counters, and quarterly reliability reviews. Remaining-useful-life estimates join this tier from the roadmap Roadmap. |
Pricing follows a scoping call and depends on tier, asset count, and connectivity. Partner program economics are shared under NDA.
Two fixed-scope ways to start
We instrument your gensets with a KNO1 gateway, watch 30 days of real operation, and hand you a report in dollars: idle burn priced per hour and per year, heat rate per genset against the ideal curve, and utilization — with the live dashboard running for you throughout.
No AI required, no commitment implied. Your data, your report, your call. Book the audit →
One site, up to 25 monitored assets — a full spread, or a plant's critical rotating equipment. Week 1: scoping and network review with your OT team. Week 2: gateway installed, read-only. Week 3: data flowing, baselines forming. Week 4: alarms live and the first findings review. Then monthly reviews to day 90.
Exit criteria in writing: convert, extend, or walk away — and your data leaves with you either way. Start the conversation →
Both are dated and marked preliminary where the hardware is; both point back to the maturity table, which is always current.
