The terms that apply when you use knocesystems.com.
Last updated: September 1, 2026
By accessing or using knocesystems.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. KNOCE may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version here.
The Site describes KNOCE products, services, and partner programs, and lets you contact us. Product descriptions, specifications, screenshots, and representative data on the Site are provided for general information. They are not an offer, a warranty, or a substitute for the specifications, documentation, and agreements that govern an actual purchase, lease, license, or service engagement.
Any purchase, lease, or license of KNOCE hardware or software, and any monitoring or partner service, is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement between KNOCE (or an authorized KNOCE partner) and the customer. In the event of a conflict between the Site and such an agreement, the agreement controls.
KNOCE software is a monitoring and supervisory-request layer. Protective and safety functions for industrial equipment — including emergency shutdown, overpressure protection, and interlocks — remain the responsibility of certified hardware and safety systems as designed, installed, and maintained by the equipment owner and its qualified personnel. Nothing on the Site should be relied upon as safety instruction for any specific equipment.
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, diagrams, screenshots, software, and the KNOCE, KNO1, and hexagonal "K" marks — are owned by KNOCE or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Knomatic is a mark of Knomatic Software. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, modify, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission. Third-party photography on the Site is used under the licenses listed in the photography credits and remains the property of its creators. Third-party product and company names appearing on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced solely to describe protocol compatibility; no affiliation, sponsorship, certification, or endorsement is implied.
You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation or security, that attempts to gain unauthorized access to any system, or that harvests information about others. Automated access is permitted for search and AI indexing consistent with our robots.txt.
The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, KNOCE disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KNOCE and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
