How KNOCE handles information collected through this website, in plain language.
Last updated: September 1, 2026
This website is operated by KNOCE ("we," "us"), an industrial technology company based in Houston, Texas and part of the Knomatic family of companies. Questions about this policy can be sent to info@knocesystems.com.
This policy covers information collected through knocesystems.com. It does not cover operational data processed by the KNOCE platform or KNO1-PLC hardware on behalf of customers — that data is governed by the agreements between KNOCE, its partners, and each customer, including any data-processing terms in those agreements.
We use the information above to respond to your inquiry, schedule demos, evaluate partnership requests, operate and secure the website, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example web hosting and email — and only as needed for them to provide those services; with professional advisers; when required by law; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to the transferred information.
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and, where a business relationship follows, for the life of that relationship and any period required by law. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider under its own retention schedule.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can exercise these rights by emailing info@knocesystems.com. We will verify your identity before acting on a request and respond within the time required by applicable law.
KNOCE is based in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., the information you send will be processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including HTTPS on this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised; material changes will be noted on this page.
